A quantum analytical Adam descent through parameter shift rule using Qibo / Carrazza, Stefano (Milan U. ; CERN ; Technol. Innovation Inst., UAE) ; Robbiati, Matteo (Milan U. ; CERN) ; Efthymiou, Stavros (Technol. Innovation Inst., UAE) ; Pasquale, Andrea (Milan U. ; Technol. Innovation Inst., UAE)
In this proceedings we present quantum machine learning optimization experiments using stochastic gradient descent with the parameter shift rule algorithm. We first describe the gradient evaluation algorithm and its optimization procedure implemented using the Qibo framework. [...]

Substantial progress has been made recently in the generation of master-field ensembles. This has to be paired with efficient techniques to compute observables on gauge field configurations with a large volume. [...]

QCD resummation for groomed jet observables at NNLL+NLO / Dasgupta, Mrinal (Manchester U. ; CERN) ; El-Menoufi, Basem Kamal (Manchester U.) ; Helliwell, Jack (Oxford U., Theor. Phys.)
We use a direct QCD approach to carry out the next-to-next-to-leading logarithmic (NNLL) resummation for observables groomed with the modified mass-drop tagger (Soft Drop $\beta=0$). We focus on observables which are additive given an arbitrary number of soft-collinear emissions. [...]

LapH interpolating fields with open boundary conditions / Della Morte, Michele (Southern Denmark U., CP3-Origins) ; Francesconi, Olmo (Southern Denmark U., CP3-Origins) ; Tsang, Justus Tobias (CERN)
The stochastic Laplacian Heaviside (LapH) method has proven to be successful in hadronic calculations. In this work, with charm-light spectroscopy in mind, we set up and optimise the LapH procedure limiting ourselves to the evaluation of two-point mesonic correlation functions. [...]

RG-running of the tensor currents for $N_{f}$= 3 QCD in a $\chi$SF setup / Campos Plasencia, Isabel (Cantabria Inst. of Phys.) ; Dalla Brida, Mattia (CERN) ; de Divitiis, Giulia Maria (Rome U., Tor Vergata ; INFN, Rome2) ; Lytle, Andrew (Illinois U., Urbana) ; Pirelli, Ludovica (Rome U., Tor Vergata ; INFN, Rome2) ; Papinutto, Mauro (Rome U. ; INFN, Rome3) ; Vladikas, Anastassios (INFN, Rome2) /Alpha Collaboration
We present the preliminary results of the non-perturbative running of the flavour non-singlet tensor operator in the high-energy range $2~\rm{GeV}\lesssim \mu\lesssim 128~\rm{GeV}$ in $N_f=3$ massless QCD, comparing four different definitions of the renormalisation constant. We use the configuration ensembles of arXiv:1802.05243 and arXiv:1607.06423, subject to Schrödinger functional (SF) boundary conditions, and valence quarks with chirally rotated Schrödinger functional ($\chi$SF) boundary conditions. The unpolarized and polarized single-mass three-loop heavy flavor operator matrix elements A$_{gg,Q}$ and ∆A$_{gg,Q}$ / Ablinger, J. (Linz U., RISC) ; Behring, A. (Linz U., RISC) ; Schönwald, K. (DESY, Zeuthen ; Zurich U.)
We calculate the gluonic massive operator matrix elements in the unpolarized and polarized cases, $A_{gg,Q}(x,\mu^2)$ and $\Delta A_{gg,Q}(x,\mu^2)$, at three-loop order for a single mass. These quantities contribute to the matching of the gluon distribution in the variable flavor number scheme. [...]

We expand on our results in arXiv:2111.02429 to present a broad new class of gravitational observables in asymptotically Anti-de Sitter space living on general codimension-zero regions of the bulk spacetime. By taking distinct limits, these observables can reduce to well-studied holographic complexity proposals, e.g., the volume of the maximal slice and the action or spacetime volume of the Wheeler-DeWitt patch. Wash-in leptogenesis after axion inflation / Domcke, Valerie (CERN) ; Kamada, Kohei (Tokyo U., RESCEU) ; Mukaida, Kyohei (KEK, Tsukuba ; ERI, Tokyo) ; Schmitz, Kai (CERN ; Munster U.) ; Yamada, Masaki (Tohoku U. ; Tohoku U., Astron. Inst.)
CP violation and the violation of baryon-minus-lepton number B-L do not necessarily have to occur simultaneously in order to accomplish successful leptogenesis. Instead, it suffices if new CP-violating interactions at high energies result in primordial charge asymmetries, which are then reprocessed into a nonvanishing B-L asymmetry by right-handed neutrinos (RHNs) at lower energies. We present the details and first results of a new strategy for the determination of $\alpha_s(m_Z)$. By simultaneously decoupling 3 fictitious heavy quarks we establish a relation between the $\Lambda$-parameters of three-flavor QCD and pure gauge theory. [...]

A two-component vector WIMP — fermion FIMP dark matter model with an extended seesaw mechanism / Costa, Francesco (Gottingen U.) ; Khan, Sarif (Gottingen U.) ; Kim, Jinsu (CERN ; Tongji U., Shanghai)
We consider an extension of the Standard Model that explains the neutrino masses and has a rich dark matter phenomenology. The model has two dark matter candidates, a vector WIMP and a fermion FIMP, and the sum of their relic densities matches the total dark matter abundance. [...]
